With the FIREBIRD GX108 (price tba) guitar combo and the THUNDERBIRD BX108 (price tba) bass combo, BEHRINGER introduces two 15-Watt retro-style practice/warm-up amps sporting a cool retro design. Both amps combine the sound and retro looks of analog amps from the early 50's with modern tone-shaping and I/O options.

In addition to warm vintage clean sound, the FIREBIRD GX108 convincingly reproduces the distortion characteristics of the classic compact amps. Sharing the same burgundy top panel, black vinyl covering and leather handle, the THUNDERBIRD BX108 features a bass reflex cabinet. Both combos deliver full sound at moderate volumes via a custom-made 8" speaker and a great-sounding 3-band EQ, as well as useful connection options including a stereo tape I/O for a variety of practice and home-recording applications and a phones out with automatic speaker mute.
