Right out of the box, Genesys gives you the essential materials to inspire your own grooves, with 200 formidable styles with 8 tracks, plus 64 user styles to create and memorize your own style ideas. Genesys includes a built-in hard disk recorder with high quality A/D converter and a CD-burner. There's virtually no limit to a player's creative fantasy! An outstanding multitasking sequencer, offering 16 songs with 32 tracks and 250.000 events of memory, plus microscope editing let's you record and edit your musical ideas starting directly from the internal styles.

To make practice and performances more professional-sounding, a DSP with 57 fully-programmable effects adds the perfect finishing touch to the outstanding sound of the instrument. For instant 4-part harmonization in real time with dedicated reverb, delay and compressor effects, the powerful and innovative vocal processor brings a new dimension to all vocal parts. The vocal remover function even enables the player to remove and substitute the voice from any existing professional recording.

The unique Song Player section allows to play and edit just about any kind of music file: SMF, Pianodisk, kar, wav audio, CD-Audio and MP3, either from a floppy disk or directly from a CD, external SCSI device or from the internal hard-disk.
