HHX Effects Pack Offers Sonically Matched Splash and Chinese Cymbals

SABIAN Ltd. announced the recent introduction of the HHX Effects Pack. Containing a 10" Splash and 18" Chinese, this 'Sonically Matched pre-pack was introduced as a complementary add-on for the popular HHX Performance Set, which contains 14" hats, a 16" crash and a 20" ride, but makes a great addition to any cymbal setup.

HHX cymbals are handcrafted from pure SABIAN B20 bronze. Special jumbo-sized hammering dimples the metal, creating a highly responsive playing surface and a penetrating yet musical warm/cool combination of tone for an innovative feature called 'Tone Projection'. The sound of the splash is fast and airy, with an 'edge' in the sound adding bite to its attack. The Chinese is loud and aggressive, with a funky dark underside to its tone.
