New Virus Signature Sound Sets Available

4 new signature sound sets have been unveiled at Frankfurt Music Show.
The first set by Matthew Stolley is heavily Drum'n'Bass oriented and certainly shows the hardest and darkest side of the Virus. Stolley, a New York City based composer/producer influenced by Ed Rush, Optical, Keaton, Kemal and Total Science says: "I wanted to create a well-rounded Virus C specific soundset, allowing producers to choose from an array of both classic and envelope-pushing hardcore elements. Whether it is flanged hoovers, grungy leads, menacing stabs, dubbed fx, or deep subs, this soundset covers all song elements."
"Incubation" is the new Trance/Tekkno set by Manuel Schleis. With over 20 vinyl releases over the last two years such as Riot303 vs. Observer "Chains Of Justice", Fadenkreuz "Tatort" and Alex Butcher "More and More", the 24 year old German Dance producer knows about the ingredients of a floor filler. You're into that Above& Beyond or Pulsedriver type of sound? This set will make you smile!
US based patch wizard Matt Picone released his third signature set right in time for a good Virus patch spring cleaning. Imitations of real and vintage electronic instruments and his well known super soft ambient beds a only a few of the set's highlights.
'Analog Melancholy' Signature Set by Mikael Hansson contains 128 patches are a great blend of atmospheric lounge and Electronica sounds. You truly feel the Swedish/Northern influence. Best to be used on one of those cold winter evenings. This set is optimised for the Virus B series.
