PRESS RELEASE
MM: Voice Modeling Coming to PowerCore
March 06, 2003

TC Helicon brings their voice modeling technology to the PowerCore platform. VoiceModeler utilizes TC Helicon's unique technology to change or improve the sound of a voice. The realtime process can turn a "thin" vocal into a "throaty" one – or even transform a "male" into a "female" sounding voice. VoiceModeler allows one singer to have multiple "Voice Personalities". This way, a complete choir featuring different voices can be built from one "source sound". Applications range from the obvious "morph" of a voice to subtle sound enhancements like added "crispness" or more "breath". Taken to the extreme, VoiceModeler creates unheard of voices from monster to where no one has gone before. The "Growl" parameter adds additional control over the performance. All parameters are dynamically controlled by the incoming audio, creating a natural sound. Shipping: April 2003 Price: US$ 249,- / EUR 215,- (ex. VAT) For more information, visit their web site at http://www.tcelectronic.com/.
