Behringer now offers a guitar starter pack with a vacuum tube guitar amp, the brand-new Vintager AC108, which made its debut here at the Musikmesse show. This package comes with an electric guitar and all the accessories a guitarist needs to start playing right out of the box. The Vintager AC108 is a 15-Watt vintage guitar amp with a 12AX7 vacuum tube, a 2-band EQ plus mid-shift and a vintage-tuned 8" guitar speaker. A powerful, dedicated headphone output with speaker simulation permits silent practicing. In addition, the CD input makes it possible to play along to favorite tunes. The guitar features a solid body with the classic three-single-coil pickup configuration, a 22-fret maple neck with adjustable truss rod and chrome-plated hardware that is highlighted by the guitar's beautiful black glossy finish. The fulcrum vibrato bridge rounds out the Behringer guitar's classy vintage-style appeal. To provide the finishing touch to this appealing package, the Vintager Guitar Pack also provides a instrument cable, an adjustable guitar strap, three picks and a guitar instruction book. A sleek padded gig bag protects the guitar on the road. Price: TBA. The guitar pack is expected to ship in the last quarter 2004.
