BEHRINGER today announced at the Prolight + Sound 2006 tradeshow the addition of two digital pianos to its EUROGRAND series, the EUROGRAND EG540-BK and EUROGRAND EG8080-BK. BEHRINGER first unveiled the EUROGRAND series at The NAMM Show 2006 in January.

The EUROGRAND EG540-BK and EUROGRAND EG8080-BK require no traditional tuning or maintenance and are ideal for use at home, music schools and houses of worship. Each piano comes with an 88-note, weighted hammer-action keyboard and three pedals - Damper, Sostenuto and Soft - for more dynamic playing to accurately recreate the feel of an acoustic grand piano. The pianos offer 14 high quality RSM sounds (Real Sound Memory) with maximum 64-note polyphony including Grand Piano, Acoustic Piano, Electric Piano, Strings, Harpsichord, Organ etc. Two sounds can be layered in Layer mode and the high-quality reverb, modulation and brilliance effects ensure even more depth and richness.
