SR-JV80-06 "Dance" Expansion Board
January 1, 1995This expansion board is the result of a joint endeavor between Roland and a manufacturer of third party audio sampling CD's, AMG. All the sounds on this card come from AMG's "Black to Black" and "Mega Bass" CD's.
This board offers 8Mbytes of data, and features a collection of hip-hop, trance, acid-house, industrial and techno style sounds. The SR-JV80-06 also offers full configuration drum kits with brand new genre-specific sounds as well as vocal samples.
There are 255 patches designed for use with the JV-880/JV-90/JV-80/JD-990 and an additional 255 patches for use with the new XP-50 Music Workstation and the JV-1080 Super JV Synthesizer Module.
