Enters License Agreement with Digital Harmony

TC Electronic and Digital Harmony Technologies Inc. proudly announces that
they have entered into a license agreement. The agreement covers the IEEE
1394 technology developed by Digital Harmony, and will constitute a genuine
platform for the future development of TC Electronic products.
In addition to the license agreement TC Electronic has decided to invest in
