Melodyne Version 1.5 Now Available

Celemony announced that Melodyne 1.5 Audio Editing Software (Mac/PC) is now shipping. Melodyne 1.5 combines Celemony's musical algorithm technology (Local Sound Synthesis) with enhanced editing flexibility.
Besides new synthesis and playback algorithms, triplet handling and new editing tools, the melody detection has been extended with new parameters.
The most important new features at a glance are:
- Improved sound quality due to new synthesis and playback algorithms
- Optimised melody detection
- Improved quantizing and notation
- Professional mixer features (i.e. scaled volume meters, labelled channel strips)
- Re-worked handling of locators
- Markers to jump to regions can be easily generated
- 6 new and powerful tools for editing and pitch functions
- Triplet notes are now supported
Melodyne v1.5 runs under Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP.
