New from DVForge, is JamPlug, touted as the world's smallest amplifier for electric guitar, bass, steel guitar, and other instruments with a 1/4-inch phone jack output.
At less than 2.25 x 1.25 x 1.25 inches in size, the patent-pending JamPlug is designed to be a go-anywhere practice amplifier for any electric instrument player. The JamPlug operates on one AAA alkaline battery for 6 to 12-hours, plugs directly into the 1/4-inch jack on your guitar or other instrument, and feeds a signal to the included set of earbuds.
The JamPlug's volume control can be adjusted so that the output is overdriven, providing controllable distortion. Plus, the JamPlug's clever offset body and plug design permits use with any electric guitar or bass, including Stratocasters.
The JamPlug will be available at music product retailers worldwide, starting in October at a MSRP of $59.99.
