New K Custom Special Dry Crash Cymbals from Zildjian

Five Crashes Added To Unique K Custom Special Dry Line

The Zildjian Company has introduced K Custom Special Dry Crashes. Available in sizes 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18-inch sizes, these new Crashes are designed to compliment the K Custom Special Dry Ride and K Custom Special Dry HiHats.

Born from a unique blend of "old K sound" with a new technology, these cymbals address the growing demand from drummers of all genres of music for more colorful and unique sounds and options.

Special lathing and hammering techniques applied to the K Custom Special Dry line create a cymbal sound that is dry and musical. The new K Custom Special Dry Crashes have a clear articulation and focused stick definition. Creating their overall "dryness", all Special Dry models are crafted with a unique manufacturing process, lathed only on the bottom of the cymbal and "scored" on top.
