What the Fender Stratocaster® did for the electric guitar, Fender's
Passport will now do for portable P.A. Like the Strat., the Passport offers
streamlined good looks, but its true value lies in the wide variety of innovative
features that render it the ultimate tool for a wide array of applications-from
night club acts to business seminars, traveling DJs to aerobics classes, and
anything else you can imagine.
In its "closed-up" or "travel" mode, Passport has the look and weight of a

With the Passport's "one-finger" touch controls, it's simple to dial in the
sound-and change it on the fly. A simple and reliable digital reverb provides a
variety of rich effects at the touch of a button.
Passport users will appreciate the sensible V.I.P.(TM) (Vocal Input
Priority) feature: it automatically reduces the background music level when
someone begins to speak, then restores it when the person stops speaking.
Four stereo channels with eight inputs (4 line, 4 mic) cover almost any
situation. Left and right RCA connector inputs allow for music playback from a
CD or cassette player.
Eight 6.5" highly efficient transducers (four in each speaker cabinet) work
together to deliver clean, full-range coverage, while the self-powered mixer delivers
250 watts of clear sound, even with the controls wide open. Much more than a tone
control, the innovative "one-touch" EQ is able to adjust bass, mid and treble
simultaneously for optimum response. It's virtually foolproof: just turn the control
until it sounds good!
Two sturdy speaker tripod stands are available as an option, so you can
place the speakers at a desired height.
