Samson Audio Introduces Servo 120 Stereo Power Amp July 11, 1997
Producing 60 watts per channel of clean power into a 4 ohm load from a streamlined 1-space 19" rackmount package, the new Servo 120 is perfect for keyboard setups, as a professional studio headphone amp, home theater use, fixed installations, projects studios and much more.
This easily-installed stereo power amp (which can also be used in bridged mode producing 120 watts into 8 ohms) has a wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 50 kHz. It utilizes high-current output power transistors and benefits from a unique bipolar design powered by a torroidal power supply unit.
The Servo 120 also features balanced 1/4" and RCA inputs on gold-plated connectors and push-spring terminal outputs, a front-panel protection light, headphone jack, speaker on/off switch, 5-segment LED meters and thermal and overcurrent protection circuitry. Convection-cooled for silent performance, the Servo 120 eliminates fan noise. Suggested retail price for the Servo 120 is $199.
