Description: The Retro Screen replaces the Front bass drumhead and reproduces the single-head bass drum sound of the late '60s and early '70s, but provides a much more modern look than having no Front head at all. Made From a mesh that does not resonate when the batter head is struck, the Retro Screen increases attack and projection. The Retro Screen is Formed like a Mylar(R) bass drumhead and glued into the bass drum hoop. It is put on the bass drum like a normal head.

Description: A single ply, 10 mil bass drumhead with a larger, non-removable muffle ring (different from other EQ heads). The muffle ring varies in width depending on the diameter of the head to keep the sound consistent. There are no dry vents. The EQ4 has a punchy, solid attack and more low end.
