Jackson Guitars introduced their new quintessential
rock guitar, the DX7, at the February 2000 Winter NAMM.
By incorporating ideas and improvements from customers, Jackson has
created a guitar with a tight low end, crunchy mids and a crisp, clean
top end. The DX7 features a double cutaway Dinky style alder body, a 24-fret
bolt on a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, reverse sharkfin inlays
and reverse headstock. The DX7 is one of the finest and most versatile
instruments in the Jackson product line.
Hardware includes two Duncan Design HB7 humbuckers, a chrome JT790 tunamatic
with strings thru-body, one volume, tone and 3-way switch.
The Jackson DX7 is available in black, dark metallic red and dark metallic
