PRESS RELEASE

Zoom Player 3030

January 18, 1996

Once again, Zoom raises the ante in guitar effects with the introduction of the flexible new Player 3030 multi-effects system.

Featuring 32 of Zoom's newest analog distortions and digital modulation effects, with up to 7 that can be used simultaneously, the 3030 also includes an assignable expression/volume pedal for more creative expression. Specific volume and effect parameters on this pedal can be changed in real time and, when used with the optional FP01 foot pedal, volume and expression can be manipulated simultaneously.

Equipped with 28 user and 28 Zoom presets, the 3030 features three types of amp simulation that can be used in tandem with 8 different analog distortions for a total of 24 explosive sounds from crunch to ultra-high gain. Zoom Noise Reduction (ZNR) ensures quiet performance, even at maximum gain settings. An "intelligent" harmonized pitch shifter (HPS) automatically detects and diatonically matches the scale being played.

The 3030 also has an auto-chromatic guitar tuner for easy and accurate tuning on stage. A special tap delay instantaneously changes the delay time to match the tempo being played during a live performance.

Suggested list price for the new Zoom Player 3030 is $299. For more information about this amazing new product and the whole line of Zoom processing, please Call (516) 364-2244, Fax (516) 364-3888 or Write: Samson Technologies Corp., P.O. Box 9031, Syosset, NY 11791-9031.
