Peavey Adds to Mixer Series with XR® 684 January 29, 1998
Peavey Electronics Corporation is releasing the XR® 684, the next generation XR® 600 Series powered mixer. The XR 684 has dual FLS®-equipped, nine-band graphic equalizers, fully adjustable DSP-based DeltaFex® reverb, and a dual 200W at 4 ohms power amplifier.
Other new features of the XR 684 include a "global" low cut filter on the first six mic inputs, true stereo line inputs and true stereo reverb returns. A mode switch in the master section selects between Stereo or Mono main/Monitor mode. The XR 684 combines features to replace the XR® 680E, XRDTM 680S, and XRDTM 680 with one model.
