in the digital domain is now available from Steinberg. Prosoniq sonicWORX Studio
offers advanced DSP capabilities allowing for a vast amount of different analysis
and processing features unleashing the Power of Your Macintosh. Some run in realtime
without the need of a single chip of additional hardware. All functions are expandable
and new updates will include a full modularization of all realtime processes.
The studio includes De-Noising, De-Clicking/De-Crackling, Pitch Shifting with
Timbre Correction, Time Stretching, Multiband Compressing/Maximizing, Limiting,
EQing (7 band realtime or 31 point rubberband linear phase EQ), 31band Spectrum
Analyzer, Phase Meter, Exciter and Stereofield Expansion. The audio processing
algorithms belong to the top league of high quality software algorithms. They
are fast, flexible and novel in that they allow both standard DSP tasks in highest
quality as well as new and previously unthinkable sound manipulations through
the use of Neural Network processing.
