New Samson Full Range Keyboard Combos With Stereo Mixers January 28, 1999Optimized for use as a full range system for keyboards, the new KM200 and
KM125 combine a flexible 4-channel stereo mixer with a powerful amplifier in
a ported bass reflex cabinet. Equipped with a high-quality compression horn
and a heavy-duty 15" woofer (KM200) or a special designed 12" woofer
(KM125), these new combos cover the spectrum of sounds created by today's keyboards
and sound modules.
Although the cabinet is mono, both the KM 200 and the KM125 benefit from a
design that maintains the image of the four stereo inputs to the stereo XLR
line outputs. The left and right line outputs can then be routed to a house
or recording console. If a stereo stage monitor is desired, two systems can
be linked together via a single TRS cable between the two units. Expanding the
features even further, Samson has included a phantom powered XLR Mic input,
routed to channel one and a switchable 7-band graphic EQ in the master section.
The combo comes standard with heavy casters for ease of transportation and a
metal protective grill.
The KM200 boasts a full 200 watts while the KM125 provides an ample 125 watts. For more information, visit Samson at http://www.samsontech.com/ |
