Digidesign Offers ICON Exchange Programs

Digidesign today announced the new ICON exchange program, which offers registered owners of Digidesign ProControl or Control|24 control surfaces the opportunity to exchange up to an ICON D-Control or D-Command worksurface. The ICON exchange program includes a variety of exchange options that enable ProControl and Control|24 owners to experience the power of a truly integrated console environment while saving up to $6,000.
By exchanging up to an ICON worksurface, users can access a range of functionality unavailable with ProControl or Control|24 control surfaces. ICON-exclusive features such as Custom Faders provide a new level of efficiency and productivity by enabling users to customize the console layout -- independent of the on-screen Pro Tools software interface -- to best suit their workflow. ICON systems provide direct access to advanced automation modes such as AutoMatch, AutoJoin, and AutoGlide, as well as a wealth of touch-sensitive rotary encoders for immediate control of key session parameters. ICON systems also include XMON, a rack-mounted monitor and communications system that can be controlled directly from the ICON worksurfaces.
